In the game, you are often stalked by hidden enemies that you cannot defeat. Your only hope is to avoid them and hide at your best. Keep the volume at maximum and always be alert. Use your ears to catch even the slightest sounds. The best method to keep a track of your enemies is to carefully listen for footsteps or any homicidal mutterings.
Go slow and steady
Similar to the classic game, the newer versions also give you limited sources with which you need to survive. This may be a little frustrating for the new players who are used to fast paced games. In the Resident Evil, slow and steady wins the race. You should carefully take each step and look around every new room before moving ahead.
Refer the map
The Resident Evil game offers you a network of intricate labyrinthine, eerie environments and a sprawling bayou mansion. Thankfully, there’s a handy map that you can access at the press of a button. The map will fill in as you move on, thus it’s always useful to refer to the map.
Try defending sometimes
When the enemy is up on your face, it’s not always the right thing to run or hit the bullets desperately. You must learn to defend yourself at times and block. It may not always work to hit the block button but at times it’s needed.
Remember to close the doors
This will not really be a great way to save yourself but still it might work sometimes. Some enemies may be too dumb to open the doors. It also gives you a sense of security so close the doors behind you.
Store items
You will find save stations with big green box for you to store and save items for later use. So, when you run out of ammunition, you can fall back on these.
